Amal Clooney

Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a Lebanese/British lawyer, human rights activist, and charity philanthropist. A graduate of Oxford University School of Law and New York University School of Law is recognized internationally for her work and accomplishments within the field of international human rights law. Her high-profile clients have included several nation-states including the country of Armenia in its fight for recognition of Armenia's participation in the Armenian Genocide by the Turkish government. Amal Clooney married American actor George Clooney and became a famous name in popular culture in 2014. She was well known and respected for representing clients effectively and with a wealth of experience in the legal field years before. Her job is to represent multinational companies in court proceedings and negotiations about government regulation, as well as human rights and social justice.
